StatSheet is now projecting Memphis to make the NCAA Tournament as a 10 seed. The Tigers are unranked in the AP Poll and sit at #30 in the StatSheet StatRank with a 17-7 overall record and a 7-2 record in the C-USA.

During its last four games, Memphis looked solid with wins against East Carolina, Xavier, and Marshall but also struggled with a loss against RPI #10 Southern Miss.

Memphis is not that good against top competition, with a 5-7 record against the RPI Top 100 that includes a 2-6 record against the RPI Top 50 and an 0-5 record against AP ranked teams. The Tigers have two quality wins including RPI #10 Southern Miss and RPI #36 Miami (FL) with no bad losses.

The last four teams into the NCAA Tournament with at-large bids are Purdue (15-9, 5-6 Big Ten, StatRank #57), Brigham Young (20-6, 8-3 West Coast, StatRank #42), Arkansas (16-8, 4-5 SEC, StatRank #65), and Texas (15-9, 5-6 Big 12, StatRank #55).
